Our Colorado campground has it all! Glampers or those that are new to camping can choose from a variety of our Colorado cabin rentals! Those who have an RV can rent one of our spacious campsites while RV camping in Colorado, while tent campers can book a tent site for a rustic camping experience. No matter what you choose, your perfect site awaits!

Canyon View Suite

Experience luxury and breathtaking canyon views in our stunning 3-bedroom condo perched high above the Colorado River. Designed with your comfort and convenience in mind, this spacious suite is perfect for families or groups, offering plenty of room to relax while staying close to on-site activities and just minutes from Glenwood Springs. The condo features a large master en-suite with a king-size bed, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and a third bedroom with a double/twin bunk bed. Enjoy two and a half bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, a dining area, and a luxurious living room with 42" flat-screen TVs. Step out onto the balcony to take in the spectacular scenery.

Our Resort Cabin is the perfect getaway, featuring a private queen bedroom, a loft that sleeps up to three guests, and a full bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, utensils, and basic cookware, complemented by a cozy dining area. Relax in the vaulted living room with a TV and gas fireplace or enjoy the fresh air on the deck with comfortable furniture. A/C ensures a pleasant stay year-round. *Please note, pets are not allowed in this unit. Rates include 4 occupants (age 4+). Fees apply for additional persons.

This charming retreat offers all the comforts of home, including a private queen bedroom, a sleeping loft with two twin beds, a full bathroom, an efficiency kitchen with a sink, microwave, full-size fridge, and coffeemaker, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a covered porch with lounge chairs and a picnic table. Nestled just feet from the Colorado River, this charming log cabin offers a cozy and secure camping experience. The cabin features a double bed, twin bunk beds, A/C, heat, a covered porch with lounge chairs, a picnic table, and a private campfire pit. Just 60 steps to the bathhouse, it’s the perfect getaway for up to four guests. Rates include 4 occupants (age 4+). Fees apply for additional persons.

Looking for extra space to accommodate your larger group? Our spacious family cabins sleep up to 8 and are the ideal choice! Centrally located, these two cabins overlook a large common area with a communal picnic table, creating the perfect gathering spot for families or groups. Each cabin features a master en-suite with a king-size bed, a second bedroom with double bunk beds, a third bedroom with twin bunk beds, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, and a cozy living room with a 42" flat-screen TV. Experience ultimate comfort and breathtaking views in this luxury two-bedroom condo, perched high above the Colorado River with stunning canyon scenery. Perfectly designed for relaxation and convenience, this spacious suite offers plenty of room for everyone and is located close to on-site activities while being just minutes from Glenwood Springs. The condo features a large master ensuite with a king-size bed and a second master ensuite with a lower double/upper twin bunk bed arrangement, along with two and a half bathrooms. The granite kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and utensils, complemented by a dining area and a luxurious living room with 42" flat-screen TVs. Step out onto the balcony to soak in the views. Rates are based on an occupancy of four guests, with a maximum of five. Please note, pets are not allowed in this unit.

Conveniently located in the upper section of the resort, these cabins are close to the bathhouse, bike trail, raft trips, and just minutes from Glenwood Springs. Glamping Tent

Experience the perfect blend of comfort and adventure in our glamping tents! Designed to sleep 2 adults, these tents offer a luxurious retreat with a king-size bed, a cozy living area featuring a loveseat and desk, air conditioning, and multiple power outlets for all your devices. Step outside through the double French doors and enjoy your private outdoor space, complete with a covered deck, lounge chairs, and a picnic table. While the tents do not have running water or bathrooms, the bathhouse is conveniently located just steps away.

This picturesque riverfront site is ideal for small RVs, vans, pop-ups, and truck campers up to 30' in length with one slide-out. Sprinter Van Village - Riverfront

This riverfront site is perfect for smaller camping vehicles such as sprinter vans, Class C RVs (24 feet or less with 0-1 slide), truck campers, and rooftop tent campers. Please note that tow vehicles are not permitted. Enjoy the convenience of a nearby bathhouse and access to a dump station. Rates include 4 occupants (age 4+). Fees apply for additional persons.

Sprinter Van Village - Off River

This off-river site is ideal for smaller camping vehicles, including sprinter vans (no tow, no slides), truck campers, and rooftop tent campers. Tow vehicles are not permitted. One large or two small/medium non-aggressive dogs are welcome for an additional fee. The site offers convenient access to a nearby bathhouse and a dump station. Rates include 4 occupants (age 4+). Located in the lower resort area, this gravel site offers stunning views of Glenwood Canyon and sits just across from our riverfront sites. The site includes water and 15/30/50 amp electric service, a private campfire pit, a picnic table, and convenient access to a nearby bathhouse. A dump station is also available for your convenience. Rates include 4 occupants (age 4+). Fees apply for additional persons.
