Fully furnished, this unit features a private queen bedroom, a loft that can accommodate up to three guests, a private bathroom, and a dining area. It also comes with a fully equipped kitchen that includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker, along with dishes, utensils, and basic cookware. Bed linens and towels are provided, and small pets may be considered upon interview. Please note that the first month’s rent is required, and the unit is non-smoking.
