Our award winning Canyon Club Event Center at Glenwood Canyon Resort features both indoor and outdoor venues to accommodate your guests in style. You may choose just one or more based on the number of guests and your needs for space. Food and Beverage service can easily be arranged for your event with a variety of options to choose from.
This elegant room is 2,000 sq. ft. and can comfortably accommodate 80 seated guests. It has gorgeous wooden floors and neutral decor which makes it easy to decorate to your specific needs. The Grand Room has 3 sets of large sliding doors that fully open up to the Outdoor Terrace, if and when desired. Your entertainment can set up here as well as installing a temporary dance floor. An indoor bar can be set up in this room if needed. The room is easily divided and can be set up in a variety of tables and seating configurations to meet your specific needs. Available year round.
The spacious 5,000 sq. ft. terrace can comfortably accommodate 100+ seated guests. Out on the terrace you’ll most surely enjoy spending time at our covered No Name Bar, overlooking the river and canyon. Your entertainment can easily be set up in this area and the concrete flooring of this terrace can be used as the dance floor. Available year round. A tent can be set up in this area with inclement weather or during colder season events. Heaters are available for your comfort.
Our cabana style outdoor bar offers a unique setting for smaller, more intimate gatherings accommodating a dozen guests. The bar is located in the far corner on the outdoor terrace and overlooks the spectacular Glenwood Canyon and Colorado River. A big screen TV is set up above the bar area for your viewing pleasure of your own created videos or TV sporting events.
To enhance your event we offer lodging and camping accommodations. Our spacious and interconnecting two and three bedroom suites are located on the top floor of the event center. They serve well as additional meeting space or break out areas, as well as sleeping quarters for overnight events and retreats. Our wide selection of cabins and efficiency style cottages are very convenient and a great alternative to the local hotels.
Activities can be a vital part of any corporate gathering to revitalize and build your team or as a well deserved reward. Consider ziplining high above the Colorado River, face the challenges of a high ropes adventure course, 40′ climbing wall or whitewater rafting, all available right on site!
