DEPOSITS and CANCELLATIONS
RESORT CABINS
A non-refundable payment for the first night's stay per Resort Cabin is required to guarantee your reservation. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are welcome by phone, or checks will be accepted by mail. The non-refundable balance owing on your Resort Cabin reservation must be received 30 days prior to your arrival date, otherwise your Resort Cabin reservation will be cancelled. If you cancel your Resort Cabin reservation outside of 30 days, you will forfeit your Resort Cabin initial deposit. If you cancel your reservation inside of 30 days, you will forfeit any and all monies paid on your Resort Cabin reservation.
CAMPER CABINS, RV SITES and TENT SITES
DEPOSITS and CANCELLATIONS
A non-refundable payment for the first night's stay per site is required to guarantee your reservation. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are welcome by phone, or checks will be accepted by mail. The balance owing on your reservation will be charged 7 days prior and to your arrival date. If you cancel your reservation outside of 7 days, you will forfeit your initial deposit of one nights stay. If you cancel your reservation inside of 7 days you will forfeit any and all monies paid on your lodging reservation.
GROUP DEPOSITS and CANELLATIONS
FOR LODGING RESERVATIONS THAT INCLUDE THREE OR MORE SITES OR A COMBINATION OF SITES
A non-refundable payment for the first night's stay per is required to guarantee your reservation. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are welcome by phone, or checks will be accepted by mail. The non-refundable balance owing on your reservation must be received 60 days prior to your arrival date, otherwise your reservation will be cancelled. If you cancel your reservation outside of 60 days, you will forfeit your initial deposit. If you cancel your reservation inside of 60 days you will forfeit any and all monies paid on your lodging reservation.
