Resort Policies

DEPOSITS and CANCELLATIONS
RESORT CABINS

A nonrefundable payment for the first night's stay per Resort Cabin is required to guarantee your reservation. Visa, MasterCard and American Express are welcome by phone, or checks will be accepted by mail. The nonrefundable balance owing on your Resort Cabin reservation must be received 30 days prior (individual sites) and 60 days prior (for groups/three or more sites) to your arrival date, otherwise your Resort Cabin reservation will be cancelled. If you cancel your Resort Cabin reservation outside of 30 days, you will forfeit your Resort Cabin initial deposit. If you cancel your reservation inside of 30 days (individual Resort Cabin), 60 days (groups/3 or more Resort Cabins) you will forfeit any and all monies paid on your Resort Cabin reservation.

CAMPER CABINS, RV SITES and TENT SITES

A payment for the first night's stay per (individual) site, 50% for (groups/3 or more sites) is required to guarantee your reservation. Visa, Mastercard, and American Express are welcome by phone, or checks will be accepted by mail. For (group/3or more sites) reservations, your final balance payment is due 60 days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel your (individual) reservation outside of 14 days, you will forfeit your deposit. If you cancel your (group/3 or more sites) reservation outside of 60 days you will receive your deposit back minus a $10.00 per site handling fee. If you cancel your (group/3 or more sites) inside of the 60 days you will forfeit your initial deposit, and final balance paid on your reservation.

  1. Each cabin is stocked with kitchen utensils and linens. You will
    be required to check off and sign an inventory list at check-in.

  2. You may request full maid service cleaning during your stay for an
    additional fee of $45 per servicing.

  3. We are an environmentally friendly facility and encourage the reuse
    of linens during your stay. Should you desire fresh linens, you may
    exchange at the front desk.

  4. Rates are subject to a 8.9% sales tax.

  5. Rates are subject to change without notice.

  6. Maximum stay is 7 days during peak season.

  7. Sorry, for the health and comfort of all our cabin guests, no smoking is permitted in the cabins.

  8. Pets are permitted in the cabins but a deposit is required.

  9. A late check out until noon must be approved in advance for an additional fee of $50. This fee will be waived when participating in a Rock Gardens activity on site.

  10. One vehicle is permitted per site. An additional fee of $5 per vehicle will be charged in our overflow parking area.
