Resort Deposit & Refund Policy
- RESORT CABINS DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS
- A non-refundable payment for the first night's stay per is required to guarantee your reservation.
- Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are welcome by phone, or checks will be accepted by mail.
- The non-refundable balance owing on your Resort Cabin reservation must be received 30 days prior to your arrival date, otherwise your Resort Cabin reservation will be cancelled.
- If you cancel your Resort Cabin reservation outside of 30 days, you will forfeit your Resort Cabin initial deposit.
- If you cancel your reservation inside of 30 days, you will forfeit any and all monies paid on your Resort Cabin reservation.
- CAMPER CABINS – RV SITES – TENT SITES DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS
- A non-refundable payment for the first night's stay per is required to guarantee your reservation.
- Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are welcome by phone, or checks will be accepted by mail.
- The balance owing on your reservation will be charged 7 days prior and to your arrival date.
- If you cancel your reservation outside of 7 days, you will forfeit your initial deposit of one nights stay.
- If you cancel your reservation inside of 7 days you will forfeit any and all monies paid on your lodging reservation.
- GROUP DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS FOR LODGING RESERVATIONS THAT INCLUDE THREE OR MORE SITES OR A COMBINATION OF SITES
- A non-refundable payment for the first night's stay per is required to guarantee your reservation.
- Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are welcome by phone, or checks will be accepted by mail.
- The non-refundable balance owing on your reservation must be received 60 days prior to your arrival date, otherwise your reservation will be cancelled.
- If you cancel your reservation outside of 60 days, you will forfeit your initial deposit.
- If you cancel your reservation inside of 60 days you will forfeit any and all monies paid on your lodging reservation.
